SEOUL, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - South Korea's consumer prices in October climbed 3.8 per cent from a year earlier, fueled by high oil prices, a government report said Monday.
The National Statistical Office (NSO) said the figure represented a slight fall from 3.9 per cent recorded in September.
The number also reflect a drop from the record increase of 4.8 per cent in August but higher than what the government had estimated earlier this year.
