A University of Ohio at Athens professor who took photographs of a student posing topless has resigned and will not face proceedings to strip him of tenure.
Under an agreement, photojournalism professor Larry Nighswander will continue to be paid through the end of March and will also get a one-time payment of $92,667, his yearly salary. He will no longer teach classes or have an office on campus.
