A grand jury investigating the University of Colorado at Boulder's scandal over using sex and alcohol to recruit athletes claimed that the school's Board of Regents is "unqualified" to supervise its football program.
The grand jury's report also criticized the AD, the chancellor, the football coach and the president of the school's fundraising program, according to the Rocky Mountain News. The jury found that while the rumored recruiting practices indeed existed, there was no evidence that athletics officials knew about them.
According to the News, the jury also criticized the CU Foundation for not cooperating with the investigation. Foundation president Michael Bryam disagreed with that notion; "I'm very confident," he stated, "that we provided every bit of information that was requested of us."
