ZAGREB, Oct 23 (ONASA - AFP) - A lawyer for the fugitive Croatian war crimes suspect Ante Gotovina has contested an EU decision to freeze the assets of the retired general, saying it was unenforceable under Croatian law, reports said Saturday. At a meeting on October 11, EU foreign ministers agreed that the bloc would freeze the assets of Gotovina, Bosnian Serb former leader Radovan Karadzic and Karadzic's military commander during the 1992-95 war, Ratko Mladic.
