The Robins player-manager last night admitted his admiration for his opposite number at the Bescot Stadium.
Tinnion normally concentrates on getting his own side right but this week he has taken the rare step of making a special plan to combat the former England international midfielder.
Tinnion said: "The reports we have got have been that he has been very, very good the last few games.
"He is a threat and obviously he has great quality, has played at the highest level and is a player that I admire.
"He has got great vision and he plays virtually in a free role finding space and when their other lads get it their job is to find him in the space and it has been working well for them.
