Paris, Oct. 21 (Jiji Press)--Japan and France on Thursday concluded talks on a bilateral social security agreement, aiming to put the pact into effect in 2006.
The agreement is intended mainly to solve the problem of double payments of pension premiums by Japanese expatriate working in France.
