MUMBAI: The makers of Shwaas can now heave a sigh of relief, as divine help seems to be coming their way in Mission Oscar.

The trustees of the Siddhivinayak temple at Prabhadevi have planned to install a collection box in their premises for visitors to drop in their donations and help raise funds for the film.

Shwaas, the poignant story of a little boy who is about to lose his eyesight, is India's official entry to the Oscars to be held at Los Angeles in February 2005.

"It's a proud moment for us to see a film directed in Marathi being chosen to represent India at the Oscars," said a temple official.
