PORT MORESBY, March 29 Asia Pulse - Papua New Guinea is setting up a review into whether the giant Panguna copper mine can be reopened after it was shut down by secessionist rebels on Bougainville 17 years ago.
The PNG government said the process will examine the Bougainville Copper Agreement with mining company Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) and other stakeholders.
