MANILA, March 29 Asia Pulse - The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has advised mango exporters of the stricter quarantine requirements to be imposed by China starting May 2 this year.
"China, in its desire to protect its agricultural produce from pest infestation, has joined Japan, the United States and Australia in imposing stricter quarantine requirements for mango imports from the Philippines," said Trade Secretary Peter Favila.
