BRISBANE, March 28 Asia Pulse - Former Australian defence force chief Peter Cosgrove wants banks and financial institutions to suspend loans to help save businesses devastated by Cyclone Larry.
In his first report since his appointment to head up a taskforce overseeing relief operations, General Cosgrove today said his first priority was to help restore the economy in cyclone-ravaged north Queensland.
