Williams Mullen has announced the addition of three partners to the firm's communications group.

Michael W. Fleming, Brian M. McDermott and Edward S. Quill Jr. practice from the firm's Tysons Corner office. In addition to communications matters, the new partners work closely with the firm's business, e-commerce and multistate corporate compliance & public policy groups.

Fleming's practice focuses on the law and policy of wireline communications. He has represented clients in state and federal courts and before state and federal regulatory agencies in the area of telecommunications. He earned his B.A. from the…
