Call rates end flat, bonds were up
Mumbai, Mar 21 (PTI) Call rates today ended flat on lack of sufficient liquditiy into the system, while the government securities closed higher on good demand.
The call rates started weak at 6.55 per cent as agaisnt yesterday's closing level of 7.00 per cent and after movig up to 7.25 per cent, ended steadya t 7.00 per cent at the call money market.
In bonds, the 8.07 per cent 2017 stock rose further to Rs 105.08/12 from Rs 105.02/05 yesterday, while the yield eased to 7.38 per cent from the alst level of 7.39 per cent.
