An employee of a San Diego, California, pharmacy shot a would-be thief on May 27 when the thief made a threatening movement.
When David Robuck, 32, entered the Fed RX Pharmacy at 11:30 a.m., he was wearing "sunglasses, dark clothing and latex gloves," reported the Union-Tribune. Inside the store, an unidentified pharmacy employee recognized Robuck as being the same person who had robbed the store in April.
