Mar. 3--NORTH SPRINGFIELD -- A company with a history of buying and redeveloping old industrial properties is set to add the former Fellows Gear Shaper property in North Springfield to its list.
Concord, Mass.-based Winstanley Enterprises will close the $1.2 million deal to buy the former machine tool facility next Wednesday. Adam Winstanley said the family-owned real estate development company has been looking at the 200-acre property with a 350,000 plus square foot building since last summer.
