The conflict between US software giant Microsoft and the European Commission (EC) continues to heat up. Microsoft yesterday released a document filed with the EC that accuses the EC of collusion with Microsoft's competitors. EC Commissioner Neelie Kroes reportedly told Dow Jones Newswires that Microsoft's conduct in these proceedings could land the company significant fines.
