Brussels, 12 October: Croatian Foreign Minister Miomir Zuzul has said that the report by the Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor and the conclusions of the EU Council on Croatia are no surprise and that he believes that Zagreb will be given an exact date for the start of talks on full membership in the European Union [EU] in December.
