Klovern forvarvar fem kommersiella fastigheter i Vasteras for 99,5 Mkr. Fastigheterna, som tidigare inrymt ICA:s huvudkontor, inrymmer idag bl a ICA Fastighets huvudkontor samt Malarenergi.
Fastigheterna, som omfattar totalt 35 000 kvm, innehaller kontor, lager och hotell. Direktavkastningen uppgar till 9,5 procent och fastigheterna ar i det narmaste fullt uthyrda.
