Jurors on Friday rejected the claims of a Hollywood producer's wife who testified that Botox treatments caused breathing problems, fever and other health problems.
The vote was 9-3 in favor of rejection. Jurors deliberated for two days before the judge decided to replace one of the panelists Friday morning. The group then deliberated for about five hours before announcing its verdict.
Irena Medavoy, 45, filed a malpractice lawsuit, claiming she suffered the symptoms after Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein gave her three injections of the drug in March 2002 to treat her migraine headaches.…
