JAPAN'S AVEX TO TAKE STAKE IN MOBILE CONTENT DISTRIBUTOR DWANGO

TOKYO - Avex Group Holdings Inc. (TSE:7860) announced Friday that it will invest in Dwango Co. (TSE:3715), a distributor of mobile telephone content.

Through a capital and business partnership with Dwango, which has expertise in distribution of melody ring tones for mobile phones, Avex aims to bolster its operations in distribution of mobile content, including music and video.
