Fate has been unfair to Harry Worth. Once he was a household name, a major TV and theatre comedy star. Now, 15 years after his death in 1989, he's largely forgotten. Yet there must be plenty of people who, if asked, would recall his catchphrase: "My name's Harry Worth ... I don't know why, but it is ..." And many readers will remember his shop window illusion.

For those who don't, it was simple. Harry would stand at right-angles to the highly polished exterior of a shop.
