International Chamber of Shipping secretary-general Chris Horrocks and Jon Whitlow, secretary for seafarers, fisheries and inland navigation at the International Transport Workers Federation, meet International Maritime Organization secretary general Efthimios Mitropoulos at IMO headquarters yesterday to hand over a letter to Mr Mitropoulos asking him to use his influence on the issue of US shore leave for seafarers.
