Section: Business News - The Finance Ministry anticipates a budget surplus of 10-20 billion baht for fiscal 2005 due to steady economic expansion, the Bangkok Post reports.

Somchai Sujjapongse, deputy director-general of the Fiscal Policy Office, said the projected surplus would help give the government leeway to counter any unanticipated economic shocks next year.
