(From Canberra Times)
For Lauren Breadmore life has been quite hectic lately.
The 21-year-old from Victoria is juggling a Commerce/Law degree at University of Melbourne, while touring and playing on the professional tennis circuit.
Fifth seed Breadmore advanced to the quarter-finals of the Uncle Tobys International at Lyneham yesterday, with a crushing victory over qualifier Shona Lee.
Breadmore ended the impressive run of 16-year-old Lee in straight sets, 6-1, 6-0, and now faces a showdown with top seed Evie Dominikovic.
Although she is in great form, Breadmore is wary of looking too far ahead.
''I'm just focusing on my next match, I don't want to look any further ahead. But there's quite a few people that have got a chance to win here and I'm definitely one of them,'' Breadmore said.
