The TWO minority shareholders of the Inter City STC Coaches Limited, Messrs David Ofosu Dorte, a director, and James Owusu Bonsu, chief executive, have been booted out of their shareholding capacity for allegedly causing a financial loss of over cents27 billion to the company.

The majority shareholder, the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) has now taken over the 7% and 0.5% shares that Mr. Dorte and Mr. Bonsu respectively held.
