Skopje, 15 September: "Creation of a crisis management system, which could deal with the risks and threats of the modern world, means building of a security system capable to protect the citizens' rights, create conditions for sustainable development and to implement economic, social and other government policies and to upgrade the country's foreign policy credibility," Defence Minister Vlado Buckovski stated Wednesday [15 September] at the roundtable on topic "Crisis management in the Republic of Macedonia".
