TOURISM MALAYSIA TO ORGANIZE PHOTO FESTIVAL 2004.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 13 (Bernama) -- Tourism Malaysia's Photo Festival 2004 will be held here from Sept 16 to Dec 1 in conjuction with World Tourism Day 2004.
Deputy Minister of Tourism, Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, said the three-month festival will have a photo exhibition, photography forum, two-day photo carnival and a photography contest.
"The objective of the festival is to promote Malaysia as a premier destination through a display of attractive images of tourist attractions in the country," he told a press conference here today.
