SEOUL, Feb 23 Asia Pulse - South Korean stocks ended 1.54 per cent higher Thursday on the back of heavy program buying, dealers said.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) gained 20.65 points to 1,361.23.
