St George's, Grenada: The Barbados-based Caribbean Disaster Emergency Response Agency (CDERA) said that the authorities in Grenada had lifted the temporary halt to the flow of emergency supplies after strengthening security to provide safety of passage for goods and equipment arriving on the island.

CDERA, the region's premier emergency disaster relief agency, said the decision to lift the suspension followed a meeting with the Grenada Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) and the Regional Security System (RSS) in the wake of reports of widespread looting following the devastation caused by the passage of Hurricane …
