NEW DELHI, Sept 10 Asia Pulse - In what could boost the morale of cellular operators like Airtel and Hutch, Telecom Minister Dayanidhi Maran on Thursday hailed GSM technology as "world player" and said the spectrum policy would not block anyone.

Asked about the row between GSM operators and CDMA-based cellular players like Reliance and Tatas over allocation of 1900 PCS band frequency, Maran said the national spectrum policy was on the anvil and the government would make sure that "proper justice is done."
