Mole hills cause a mountain of worry for gardeners.

At This time of year I often hear from folk who are bothered by moles. All of them, of course, are keen and very dedicated gardeners whose lawns and, indeed, vegetable patches are their pride and joy.

So I can well understand their chagrin when they awake one morning from a deep dream of peace to find a few mole hills sprouting out on their cherished gardens on which they have spent many happy and very contented hours bringing it to almost perfection.

None of us are entirely satisfied with our constant efforts. There is always something waiting to be done in our gardens and that is a fact not fiction.
