SINCE April this year, the Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF) has disbursed over sh13b to 972 community sub-projects in the north.

NUSAF disbursed the money through its Rapid Results Initiative launched in April, in which districts were asked to identify priority projects to receive funds.
