KARACHI, Sept 1 Asia Pulse - Sri Lanka is likely to make a breakthrough in Pakistan's tea market after the signing of a proposed Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Pakistan, the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Tea Board (SLTB), Niraj de Mel, said.
