THE MANILA Polo Club celebrated the victories of its best athletes in a glittering Grand Sports Awards Night and the inauguration of its six new badminton courts recently.

This year's club champions were Regine Katigbak and Anthony Cheng for badminton; Ale Mu[currency]oz (bowling), May Neri and Jorge Yulo (golf), Duane Santos (squash), Inday Bautista and W. Steven Uytengsu (swimming), Margo Flores and Derrick Santos (tennis), Vic Barba (riding school) and Hiro Suzuki (polo).
