Niger, Kogi, Kwara and Kebbi States have alerted the Federal Government of possible flooding of communities along the plains of Rivers, Niger and Kaduna any moment from now.

They also expressed their wish to have an input in the proposed Niger River Development Commission bill by President Olusegun Obasanjo.
