The Supreme Court may reopen the murder cases of former senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. and his alleged assassin, Rolando Galman, provided a new set of accused is presented.
Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito R. Zuno disclosed this yesterday after Pablo Martinez, one of the 15 soldiers jailed for the murders, last week submitted to the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) an affidavit containing names of new witnesses and information in the double murder.
