BEIJING, August 25, SinoCast -- On August 20, China Railcom, one of the six telecom carriers in china, renamed officially to China Tietong, which was a sign that the telecom carrier had broken away from the Ministry of Railway and would be self-reliance.

With more than 75,000 employees, the final destination of state-owned China Tietong is to become a basic telecom carrier.

However, China Tietong has been frustrated by capital shortage that is one of the series obstacles to progress.
