ATLANTA, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Lizbeth Alfaro, a teacher at Lyle Creek Elementary in Conover, N.C., has been recognized as one of the nation's most innovative educators in the 2004 ING Unsung Heroes awards program.
