Irvine-North American Real Estate Solutions has appointed Kris Ballinger as the director of sales and marketing.

Ms. Ballinger brings to her position over 10 years of sales, marketing, technology and real estate experience. In her new role, she will be responsible for client and vendor relationships, marketing and business development.

Prior to joining North American Real Estate Solutions, Ms. Ballinger was the director of marketing for Diversified Title and Escrow Services Co. and held the same position with Stewart Title previously.

Santa Ana-First American Residential Group has added Michael Lancaster, executive vice president of sales, and Alan S. Greber, senior vice president, to the company's management team.

Mr. Lancaster brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to his new position, including 15 with Coldwell Banker. In 2001, he joined First American as chief operating officer for Vendor Management Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of First American.

A 20-year veteran of the real estate franchising industry, Mr. Greber specializes in joint ventures and settlement-related product and service opportunities for the real estate brokerage community. Prior to joining First American, he was founder and president of Security First Title Affiliates, Inc. He joined First American in 2000 and was named vice president of the company's largest subsidiary, First American Title Insurance Co.
