CHARLOTTE HARBOR -- It took five days for "I Survived Hurricane Charley" T-shirts to arrive in Charlotte County, but Frank Mayo had to come all the way from Columbia City, Ind.

The Dynamic Promotions entrepreneur had to arrange printing in Daytona Beach, and find himself a motel room in Sarasota, before he could sell his T-shirts at U.S. 41 and Harborview Road in Charlotte Harbor.

Of course, Mayo has had a lot of practice at this kind of thing.

"Since Andrew, we've done all the big storms," he said. "Let's see ... Bonnie, Fran, Lily, Georges. Wilmington and North Carolina have been hit the most." …
