THE National Conscience Party (NCP) rose from its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in Bauchi, weekend condemning in totality the move by the Federal Government to review and repeal the Trade Union Act, saying the move was undemocratic and a plot against the workers' right.

President Olusegun Obasanjo had proposed a bill sent to the National Assembly to review and repeal Trade Union Act, to decentralize the Labour Union in Nigeria.
