MANILA, Aug 17 Asia Pulse - The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has initially identified about 5,890 barangays nationwide under the rationalized and enhanced rural development program aimed to develop productivity and income earning potentials of three (3.0) million agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) that are to benefit from the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
