His Royal Highness the Crown Prince General Pg. Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah was yesterday accorded a royal welcome on board the Royal Australian Navy vessel, HMAS Dubbo, currently here on an 'Exercise Penguin 12/04' training mission with the Royal Brunei Navy.
