He has also been involved in deals at Sherwood Park, Annesley - the flagship business park close to Junction 27 of the M1.
Mr Straw said: "The last few years have been exceptionally busy and hugely rewarding.
"Last year the Nottingham business space team at Innes England disposed of or acquired over one million square feet - this year we will double that figure."
