Three units have already been pre-sold and Sladen told the Post that interest was high.
"Three units pre-sold from our initial first phase of 36,000 sq ft, which is being speculatively built, has confirmed our belief that there is demand for such a high-end scheme out of town and not burdened with the high rents associated with similar schemes." He added: "The units are built with raised access floors and air conditioning as standard, with access to the site controlled by a permanent security gatehouse." The buildings on the scheme, which is close to both the M1 north-south and the A38 east-west, is being designed by the Derby-based architectural practice Red4.
