The outcome of punishments related to Ningbo Jianlong's illegally built steel project, which has all the while attracted much attention, is finally out. According to reports by the media here, the relevant department of the state has delegated the authority to deal with Ningbo Jianlong's illegal steel project to the Zhejiang provincial government. The provincial party committee and provincial government have severely dealt with the relevant issues and responsible persons of the illegal project, and six government officials have been punished. Jianlong itself is likely to "perilously pass the test" and there is hope that the project will acquire "legitimate status" after reorganization.
