A bill has been filed in the House of Representatives prohibiting marriage among those who have undergone sex change.

House Bill 1245, authored by Muntinlupa City Rep. Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon, seeks to amend Executive Order No. 209 or the Family Code of the Philippines by changing the words "man" and "woman" into "natural-born male" and "natural born female," respectively, in certain provisions.
