PRESIDENT Macapagal-Arroyo has ordered the departments of justice and of transportation and communication to iron out the legal kinks impeding the construction of a railway extension connecting the North Edsa station of the Edsa Mass Rail Transit-3 with the Monumento station of Light Railway Transit 1.

Ret. Gen. Roberto Lastimoso, general manager of MRT-3, said the President had made the completion of the MRT extension one of her priority projects in the next six years.
