PRAGUE, Aug 1 (CTK) - The number of cars with third-party liability insurance decreased by 85,000 to 5.092 million over the first six months of the year, according to the Czech Insurers' Office (CKP) database.
A decline was registered in the first quarter, while in the second quarter the number of cars insured rose by 16,000.
The largest increase in the number of contracts was reported by Kooperativa, which at the start of the year took over clients from Pojistovna Ceske sporitelny, which is now focused on life insurance only.
