- TOT corporation has punched a hole in attempts to create a level playing field for the telecommunications industry by bringing the issue of compensation to the negotiating table.

- Recently, we worked on a sales coaching project with a medium-sized bank, which was trying to turn its 50 support staff into effective salespeople. We divided the participants into three groups and planned five days of sales theory in the classroom and 15 days of on-the-job training. We picked four people from the first two groups to be trained as sales leaders.
