COTABATO CITY-Twenty-one Filipino soldiers providing security for American troops in the ongoing RP-US Balance Piston joint antiterror exercise in Carmen, North Cotabato, were injured in a road accident in Maguindanao on Friday.
Of the 21 members of the 2nd Scout Ranger Battalion, seven were seriously hurt, according to Lt. Col. Franklin del Prado, spokesperson of the Army's 6th Infantry Division.
